removing eset

I have eset smart security on my machine and I want to uninstall ot but cant.
Your Uninstaller tried to get rid of it but failed and now it does not list it has an installation. I looked in the program files to uninstall from there, bit it says I can only uninstall a program that is installed??? Meanwhile Eset goes on working and I want it off, Any ideas please, how do i get it off my computer??????

 

There is a small icon on your task bar if Eset is still working, click and drag that to the "your uninstaller" icon on your desktop, allow it to go through the cycle and at the end you should have a popup say "some items are left in registry" or something similar click yes and when it has finished you will have to restart your PC to finish the process.
