Removing Incredimail

I had dl'd Incredimail, decided I didn't want it. I was able to remove it all except one file. The file is IMSHExt.dll. I keep getting an error message saying access denied.

Run your cursor over the line above, then click on it. It will take you to another post. Start with the first post and read til you find what may help you. You'll realize "xflat" is not a proponent of Incredimail. "IncrediConvert" is a real application, everything else he says Incredi...with is made up

 

I don't understand why that my Incredimail will recieve emails but it will not let me send them. I have tried to use my accounts on it to see what servers it is using but it pops up an error and closes. So if anyone has an answer to this please let me know.
