removing latency

    Hi
    im watching DVD;s on the PC but got real bad latency! do you know how to quicken that up? ive got a 32 mb graphix card! I assume thats my problem! running XP (legal) and a plug in to watch DVD's but keeps 'glitching' which is irritating
    100mb HD 1.5 gig of rd ram
