Removing Norton.

I trying to remove norton from my friend Laptop but it ask for a password which he does not remember. Any clues on how to get around this??

I ran this tool which passed but Norton is still there. When I go to Add/Remove and try to uninstall it ask for a password.

 

Oh nooo,another Norton issue.Damn.Try to go in safe mode and delete everything manualy,from program files,common files,dokument and settings.This is the first time to see that Norton have pasword.
