removing programs

    ka i need to know how to complet get rid of a program without running the uninstaller i installed a theme manager and it just screw my other theme manger up bad so can someone tell me how to get rid of it cause the uninstaller is basically

    (???????) (??????) (boxes at bottom)

    i tried both and nothing happens so how can i remove this program?
