I'm not entirely sure when I remove software from my computer that it's getting rid of it totally. Because when I download something it takes up more space than when I remove it from my computer. When I remove it from my computer it only frees up a little bit of space, as opposed to when I put it on my computer, it takes up allot of space. Is there any steps I can take to remove software more completely from my computer? Are there any freeware programs that you can recommend? I'm running Windows XP Home Edition. Thanks.
