    Laptop – Toshiba Satellite L455 w/Windows 7 – 64bit

1 month after warrenty expired <grin>, received several 'media test errors' while trying to boot... so I attempted booting with the RepairDisc. It appeared Windows was just about to open... then I received the following error message: Error: F3-F100-0003... click 'OK' to turn off computer. This happned many times in succession. Any thoughts?

Purchased new hard drive and restored system with 4 DVD system image discs I had created before failure.

New hard drive must be the same size and type as the old. The repair discs that you make are not for a new installation.

You will need to purchase a set of discs from Toshiba if you have changed the hardware configuration. :) Sorry, but they are inexpensive.
