   From what I can find, you can ask Microsoft, for other issues that are not yet covered. Apparently there are about 100 fixes due in sp1.
   Otherwise here is a site that just deals with Vista.

   one quick thing to try that can fix some "Internet Explorer is not responding" messages is to
   
   In IE go to Tools > Internet Option Under the "Advanced" tab, press the "RESET" button at the lower right.
