Repair Raid 1 Windows Server 2003

I recently had to shut down a Windows Server 2003 box to replace the CPU fan and in doing so the RAID has stopped working.

I have 4 of the same Western Digital drives (WDC WD1000FYPS-0) at 1TB each that were setup in 2 RAID 1 configurations. The BIOS reset when I replaced the CPU fan, which told me the CMOS battery was dead because it lost all CMOS configuration. Since I lost the CMOS configuration it has reverted to make each drive it's own IDE drive, which allows me to still boot up and get to the desktop in IDE mode. I have gone into the BIOS and changed the OnChip SATA Device setting to RAID. During POST this shows me that the drives are in the RAID configuration and I can get into the RAID configuration by pressing Ctrl+i, but I can't really do anything in there and when I exit that I get a message:

Boot From AHCI CD-ROM :
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER


The RAID configuration is run through Intel Matrix Storage Manager 7.5.
I have checked all the drivers in \system32\drivers and they are all there. Microsoft just won't boot when I set the BIOS to RAID.

How can I fix this so that my drives are back in there RAID configuration and can boot up Windows Server 2003?

Abit IP35 Pro XE Motherboard
4GB of Ram

 

Is the RAID set as a boot option?

 

Thanks foogoo for even writing on this thread but I was able to figure out how to repair the raid. This problem has been fixed and I am going to close this thread.
