Repair Right Click Menu

Found within the Right Click Menus that "Search" has become the first Item showing on the top of the program list for
[1] = C:/ Drive [2] = CD drive [3] = Floppy Drive = I would rather like to have "Open" showing there!

It is odd that the first top item in the list in DVD RW Drive shows as [normally] "Open"

I found all other files on computer have "Open" as the top Item.

Originally I had "Open" showing as the top item for all drives and all files?

Would like "Open" back as the top Item on all Lists?

Somehow even if I could delete "Search" from all lists as this would be quite all OK by me!

Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated
