    It is not necessary to start additional threads directing users to your other threads or start multiple threads for the same issue. Threads for the same issue are routinely deleted to avoid confusion. Please just be patient and wait for responses.

    Also, tech support is provided in the forum, not privately so do not provide your private contact information requesting users to contact you off site. It is our policy to remove information like that. You will do much better getting feedback from multiple users than just one!:)
