Replacing AC Power Jack on HP zv5000wm

Can anyone tell me where I can find instructions for opening the case and removing the Mobo?

Also replacing the pin on the Mobo for the power cord. I found a couple of posts on other sites but they weren't very clear but replacing the pin seem pretty simple.

The problem is the plug-in pin for the power cord is loose on the Mobo. The powr cord is not charging the battery and will only power the laptop if it in a particular position,move it and the computer cuts off. I've found instructions for pin replacement but they all begin with the Mobo already remove from the case.

 

Replacing the AC jack on a laptop is NOT the easy project you may think it is. This is something best left to a professional.
