Replacing fan on video card, how difficult?

    Was looking at a video card on ebay. Seller noted: "The only Problem with the card is that the Fan is making noise and wobbling! Easy Fix!!"

    Is the fan really an easy fix or not?

    I just searched google and found this pdf with instructions on how to install a particular fan. This one does not look any more difficult than a CPU cooler, but I suppose it would all depend on the card/cooler that you use.
