Replacing "micro" Motherboard componants?

    Can anyone tell me how to repalce these parts on a motherboard? I have replaced jacks, Heat sinks, and Capacitors in the past, but this is a whole new ball game.... I can't even find a diagram describing these micro parts. What are they called and where do I order them???
