    Where can i report websites like that have that MS removal Tool

    It really is not necessary. ;) The sites change all the time and the names of the infections change/increase all the time. There are thousands of rogue tool infections now.

    That MS removal Tool can be a pain in the you know what so far that's the only one i see and get all of the time.

    If you are getting it all the time then you need to install proper protection or you need to rethink your surfing habits. ;) Also it is not that difficult to remove.
