Req: Complete System Skin, Wallpaper, Boot & Logo

Hi People,

I am looking for a complete set of recommendations, for the following:

1) Complete GUI Skin package (Doesn't matter which type, ie: themexp. winblinds, MS theme package), I just want one thats attractive, but also complete, so everything is changed into the new skin, even the Start > Logoff & Start > Turn Off Computer applets are changed into the new screen, I`ve never found a skin that also changes these options. Also matching boot screen and log-on/off screen skins....

2) Wallpaper, 1024x768, to suit the skin, something advertise-less, I like abstract alot...

3) Windows XP sound scheme, I wouldn't mind something funny, it doesnt have to essentially suit the theme (That would be a bit hard in some ways, no?) I tryed using NextUp.com TextAloud with AT&T Crystal Voice, and made my own, but they dont suit, and most of the time after testing, it was playing 2 to 3 voice files at a time, I think if I am going to use it, im going to have to spend a little more time to get into it, do it and tweak it...

I am sick to death of the MS Blue XP, or the simplistic color changes to that skin (Which doesnt change te blue 'logoff, restart or shutdown applet' to suit the silver or greeny gold color change, strange...

I've done a slew of searches, but cannot find anything decent enough, I`ve seen some pretty attractive desktop theme's from you guys when you've posted your desktop, so I know you guys have a secret to making your screen attractive, I just want IN
