Request to debug

My XP Pro machine has started to have a lot of debug requests pop up on me. If I click yes, it responds that it can not attach itself to the process. I think I saw a filename of infocard when it asks to debug. Any suggestions?

What you are seeing is not default Windows behavior.

Is there any way to find out what was actually causing the infocard.exe to fail? Should I be at all concerned?
