    my pc restarts on certain web sites can anyone help?

    Anything in this folder? Sounds like you are saying when you start your PC it automatically opens a web bowser, possibly Internet Explorer, that opens a web site. You might want to try the Malware Forums, maybe been hijacked. Do you run any security programs (anti-spyware, firewall, anti-virus) on your system? I would assume you have XP Home w/SP2 and Windows is updated. These two links provide info and help to assess your situation.
