Reset my body clock

It seems I've completley messed up my body clock. Since the holidays started, I've changed my sleep pattern and it seems to match that of someone at GMT -5... I go to sleep at 4am (about 11pm) and then wake up at 1pm (8am) ....

This is all very handy for talking to americains, but not so handy for talking to my REAL friends (most of which are on holiday) so what do you think I should do before they get back and disown me?

 

move to America?

 

LOL For awhile there I was staying up to 8am and waking up at 2pm... So I guess I was on GMT -11 time. Weird.

 

LOL, well, that would get around that problem, and hey, I wouldnt get jet-lagged! brilliant! or at least if I did I'd be much less confused (I'm pretty confused now... )

GMT-11... that means you were living somewhere in the middle of a pacific

 

Right, I've worked out, if I plan a trip from somewhere in GMT-5 to GMT then I'll be able to work out what I'm supposed to do to stop jet lag, thus adapting to my proper surroundings. So..

w00t... went to sleep at 6pm last night, worked out just right as I woke up at about half 8 this morning... my calculations were correct (and nothing to do with that stinking jet-lag thing either!)
