Resident evil 5 xlive and 80070002 error...Any help??

Hi..
I downloaded Resident evil 5 from torrentz online..unzipped the file and tried to run the game but it gives me an error. i have three options for the game..One file is to launch re5 with direct x9 but than gives me an xlive error so i installed it again but gives me someother error. Tried the ones with the direct x 10 after downloading direct x 10 from the net but gives me some other error code or that it failed to initialize..games like brothers ina rms:Hells highway, re4, left for dead..works fine..RE5 seems to have probs..I have XP SP2..my system speculations are as follows:

I have an Sapphire HD radeon 5670 1 gb, 2GB MB RAM.. 45o watt psu..

ASUS M4N68T-M LE V2 ---Motherboard
