How do I get certification to be a resident manager of a condo?

It sounds like a good job, free rent plus salary.

What skills on a resumé do I put down or acquire?

I worked as an maintenance man, for a couple of different apartment complexes…and the mangers never had or needed to be a real estate broker….but, I don’t know who told you I was easy money, if all your renters are paying on time, it’s not as hard…those that don’t pay, involve the courts, sheriffs office, and local police…..

…I would think there’s more money to made, as a real estate broker, and you can go home at night….mangers most often live on site, on call 24\7….

    …my two cents worth…wobbles
