Resolution Settings ?

I am not sure if this is where I should post or if I should even be posting this on this forum, but here goes...98SE IE5.5w/5.6scripting. Recently I HAD to reformat. Since then ALL my pages a sooooo large I can't view them without moving back and forth continually. It has been eons since I have fiddled with settings and can't for the life of me get them correct. A particular problem is, the options menu with the Google Toolbar. It is so huge I can't even use it! My monitor screen is rather small due to a space situation but prior to reformat I only had to scroll back and forth a little. What should my resolutions be set to and whatever else I have still at default that may be affecting me? Please someone take time to help this puter dummy. Also prior to reformat I had an IE 5.6 that registered as such in my system info. where do I find this ? I do not use 6.0 as it does not set well with 98SE. Any suggestions, please ?

 

Right click on your open DeskTop then scroll down to
/Properties/Settings/then adjust Screen area by moving arrow to the rite for screen resolution 1024 by 768

 

Sorry forgot about your small monitor your probably sitting at reslution 640 by 480 so move the arrow to the rite to 800 by 600
