Resource Dll Missing?

I just completed the recommended computer maintenance that everyone should do and I have a couple of things going on. First, when I boot up now I get an error message that reads "Active Shield: Resource Dll is missing. Please reinstall the application." It is my understanding that this is a Macafee product, but I am not using Macafee. I use Trendmicro Antivirus and Webroot Spysweeper. Also, since I did the clean up, when I ope CCleaner and look at the startup programs it is now showing VirusScan Online and VSOChecktask in the list. How did I get Macafee on my computer? I have never used it on this machine. This is puzzling to me, so if you have any ideas of what is going on I would very much like to hear them.
