restarting everytime i install sound driver

    my machine is a imedia 1502 but the sound is a standard ac97 realtek driver ive even installed the uaa drivers first as i heard this helps i just cant understand why it restarts could it be a motherboard fault here is my everest report any help would be class thanks in advance...
