Restarting

    I replaced a friends failing video card. All drivers are up to date and they card is compatiable. He now is complaining when playing World of Warcraft the computer restarts. What could be causing this? Is the card overheating? the card is a nvida BFG 9400 PCI-e (not 2.0). When I looked it up it said it was good to play WoW.

    Tell him to make sure he scans his pc for virus' using his anti virus app. Than tell him to scan using www.trendmicro.com housecall online virus scanner. Also ask him if he's been fooling around with the video settings in the game or card driver/software.

    his XP is a fresh install that I did before I installed the card. Only video settings he has been changing is to lower the quality to see if it stops
