Restore Point

    I have Win7. and I always make a Restore Point at Night.

    But I go to Start then in the Run Box I Type Creat Restore.

    I Hit Enter and it Brings the Restore Point Screen up.

    Then I Hear this is not the way I should do it.

    But why it still is Bringing me to the same Program?
