   Hi,
   I had a computer crash and had to re-install Windows XP Home.
   Installed Backup My PC then proceeded to download by backups from CD's.
   When I try to open the programs I get error message "Access denied".
   I can't delete or anything.
   Your help appreciated.

   I tried that but didn't have the proper tabs, owner tab.
   I am the administrator, oh shoot I have to do this in safety mode, correct?
