Restoring welcome screen - tried everything!

Someone had installed some theme onto our computer that changed the welcome screen to some simpsons thingy. So I disabled it first and then the welcome screen was restored. Now I've just uninstalled the theme and the welcome screen won't appear, just the classic logon of typing in your user name.
Please, someone help, not sure if this can be changed in the registry or anything!

Have been in the user settings and the welcome screen is enabled, and all the settings are fine using Tweak UI - problem still persists.

 

My bad, sorry, changed a value in the registry to 1 and it's sorted now.

 

Hey, you know that value in the registry? yeah, ..change it to 1 and you should be all set..

lol, it was in ...windowsNT>Winlogon>SCLogon and there's only the default file in there.
