Restrict program access, for myself

    Hi folks. Searched high and low for this but no joy, can you help?

    I have an addictive personality. I write music using a software called Ableton. I'm looking for software (with detailed customization) that I can use to block Ableton at specific times. I'm on XP.

    Ideallly it will:

    Allow me to block specific days/times e.g. tuesdays.
    Allow me to give myself a specific amount of time on the program e.g. 2 hours.
    Not be resource heavy.

    Any suggestions please? Ideally Free!
