Retreiving emails in Outlook

Does anyone know how, step by step, to retrieve a delete email in Outlook. By deleted I mean one that has been removed by using just <Delete>, not SHIFT+ Delete, which is permanent deletion.

The emails are no longer in the outbox, sent box or deleted items box.

Dunno, but I found a "Recover deleted items" option

So, that fixed it? I knew about the option. Didn't post quick enough.

 

Well it fixed retrieving emails that had been soft deleted. Ideally I would like to retrieve those that have been hard deleted too, but I understand that is permanent. But if you know something I don't, then I would love to hear your solution to that one too, theefool

 

Ok, a possible fix: Maybe, doubtful, possibly, not tested by me, looks interesting.

The above post about the recovery of emails. Is better used with on a domain that has exchange built in. Or BackupExec for Exchange.
