retrieve file for mp4 conversion

    I enjoy videos on sites like this:

    I used to know a technique where after I played the file completely, I locate a file in a folder (such as Documents and Settings?), and it was a .flv file, or .dat file, or a file that I could convert to mp4 for my iPod. I forgot which folder to look in and what file to locate for that. Any help appreciated.
