I've recently started using Returnil Virtual System for security and have found it very useful. I would recommend it though it did take some getting used to. However, it does make particular use of the hard drive, especially when in virtual mode. I have been getting strange results from first MyDefrag then Smart Defrag - not defragging, saying once moveable information is now unmovable even when virtual mode is turned off. Does anyone know how RVS interacts with defrag software, particularly smart defrag?

    Thanks
