Rich screw the poor once again

some may know I live in canada, I need some help retrieving my holiday pay from a very wealthy employer who is making his own rules. he blocks my calls, and mail. up here in canada your supposed to get 4 % of an annual earning for vacation pay by law. I wonder where or who to call? I already tried ghost busters but alas they are out of buisness....
Anyone got an action i could take. even if I dont get my money.....how many m ore people will have to deal with this ash tray of a man?

Or whatever Canada's equivelant is. I assume they have some government bureau that enforces that.

It may take a while, you know the government, but if what you say is true, you can't lose this one. Vacation time and holiday pay is pretty standard. Just a footnote, in B.C. after five years with the same employer it's three weeks vacation and 6% pay.
