   We have one of these large printer/copier/fax/scanner units in our office. Somehow both the admin and the supervisor passwords got hosed, and we need to reset them. I have talked to the local dealer, and they want to send someone out with a new "memory board". I find it hard to believe that there isn't a way to reset everything on this and get it back to factory specs. Anyone have any ideas?

   Go here http://www.ricoh.com/
   select your country. Put in the model number and download the pdf manual. Then you can see if there is a reset button somewhere on the unit.
   
   I'm in the US and had no hits for 2305e model.
