Ridiculous

I have been waiting for my Security CDS for 2 months and reordered twice and still no CD's.Cannot even contact Microsoft withouy paying.

 

You can contact MS without paying.

Talk to customer service. They only charge for support.

I waited for over 2 months for my CD. No biggie.

 

Got mine think was close to ten weeks.
Was worth it, not to mentention FREE!

Gosh, did I detect a slight bit of sarcasm there. Didn't mean to gloat. Hope yours arrives soon...

 

It took about 2 months to get mine, but now that I have it, it's only a convenience, as I was already up to date with critical updates. Unless you're a support person who updates multiple machines and can benefit from an all-in-one update CD, waiting for this should never take the place of regular visits to Windows Update for your personal machine.

 

You are absolutely correct, or if you regularly reformat your own machine. But there are always new updates anyway, so this disk is only good for updates up to a signified date. Yes!
