right-click menu different

When I use the right-click menu to copy something, it has copy, paste, cut, etc. It looks quite normal. But when I go to paste what I've copied, that menu has been replaced by another with reload and some other things that look web-based. Anyone have any ideas about this?

Are you using any Web 2.0/online tools (word processors,etc) that may have made unwelcome changes to your right-click menu?

 

The issue at hand really isn't her ability to paste but the right click menu being different. We need a bit more info though, Lets start with some things. Have you tried a different application? Like trying copy and paste in notepad to see if same "different" menu appears. Or if you try your web browser does the same thing happen? Have you installed any sorta of updates to applications or new hardware as i remember the old logitech mouseman drivers used to change your right click menu in internet explorer to one with like a home button and back and forward options and such.
