Hello Everyone- I am needing help with a right click menu problem in Vista. If I am at my desktop and want to create a new folder I right click, select new, and then choose folder....just like I used to with Windows XP. This was working fine for the first few weeks I had my Vista machine. Then one day I went to create a new folder and the menu that appears when selecting the "New" option under right click menu had changed. Instead of a new folder option I now only have an option to create a new COMPRESSED folder. Can anyone tell me how to change the "new" option menu back to it's original form with the option to add just a regular old folder?? Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Came across this page on google. Haven't tried it out myself so I don't whether it'll work for you or not. Hope it works :)

It looks authentic, have you ran any "cleaning tools" recently?
