Right click mouse is SLLLLOOWWWW

    I tried windows TweakXP powertoy, but it's decent at best.
    I booted back my computer to an earlier image capture of the C:drive when things were fairly raw and not much on the computer.
    However, my right click is SLOW to respond and it's driving me nuts.
    Anyone have ideas how to speed up the menu pop-up???
