Right-click no pix?

In the last day or two, I have lost my ability to right click a photo in IE and save the picture. Instead, my hourglass comes up and the dreaded "not responding" message follows soon after. This past weekend, I didn't have any problems saving a photo. This started Tuesday, i guess. It freezes whether I use the right click, or the floating tool bar at the top of the picture in IE.

I have searched far and wide trying to find a solution, and as you wonderful geeks generally are able to answer all my questions without me even asking, I thought I would try you experts!

This problem is more irritating than anything. Any help or advice would be greatly apprecated.

Try deleteing IE's Temporary Internet files. You can do that by selecting Tools > Options, select the General tab, and then click the Delete Files button. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.

Now right click a photo in IE and try to save the picture.

Thank you so very much! I checked MajorGeeks as soon as I got home from work, read your reply and said, "i already did that, dang it...but, just for the sake of arguement, I'll delete the temp files again".

And afterwards, voila!! I can once again copy pictures all willy nilly. Apparantly I wasn't holding my mouse right!
