Right Click Problem Windows 10

I can't right click on any Desktop folders, circle just goes continuously round. Also can't right click on pdf, word or most other files or documents on File Explorer. No problem with photos or other progams etc.
I have tried everything I can think of including Tweaking.com and NirSoft.
All was fine until recently after the Windows 10 Anniversary update took place, (the update took longer than the original installation).
I also quite recently installed a new wifi HP Envy printer but right click was still ok after that .

 

Including the system file checker, sfc /scannow?

 

I haven't been able to find out to get into it as an administrator (I am the administrator). I can't right click on it.

 

Right click the Start button > click Command Prompt (Admin). Type sfc /scannow <Enter>

No luck. Result was: Resource Protector did not find any Integrity Violations.

 

Resolved at last. Ran CC Cleaner and then tried NirSoft again and disabled all highlighted files, right click now works fine.

 

Which NirSoft program did you run?

 

I used ShellExView.
