rio 500 mp3 player

    Hello

    I'm trying to get a Rio 500 to work on pc or mac

    all I can see is the player in itunes on the mac, but i'm not able to copy or play the tracks on the mp3 player

    anyone had this problem?

    When i was first looking for mp3 players, i actually bought this exact one. After playing with it for an hour, i still could not transfer the music from my pc. I took it back and picked up a RCA Lyra. Its a great little player that is very easy to uses. Im 98% sure its compatable with mac. :)
