rlt70.bpl error 126

Hi,
I'm trying to help my girlfriend with her computer.

Every time in startup we get the error message that rtl70.bpl some dll file is missing or corrupt & error 126.

I have followed the instructions for Hijackthis & attatched the log file.

There is some kind of history of a virus & her brother has run some spyware programs, but my girlfriend is real flakey on exactly what has happened.

The result is that there is no access to any of the cd drives.

I hope the log file can point someone in the right direction.
