Is there such a thing as an arthritic friendly mouse (don’t like touch pads) :cry I’ve been using this multi function thing with a hump on it like a dromedary, in fact I’m thinking it may be some sort of repetitive strain thing and not the O.A. Anyone recommend a nice flat slim not to expensive optical rodent, :confused
I’m afraid the condition could worsen and I’ll drop my Gin and Tonic :wave

You need to go to a store and try the mice on display. What I find comfortable, my husband does not. It is a very personal decision.

I paid around $20, I never spend too much on a mouse, except I just bought a gaming mouse for $40.00.
I buy the basic mice since I am left handed & the expensive ones have buttons meant for right handers.

If your index finger (of either hand) is OK try a Logitech Trackman Marble trackball. Kinda egg shaped with a red ball mounted in the top, fits either hand, can be set to barely need much movement to get the cursor to move.

Wife and I have been using that model for years. Here in nthe US you can get them at Wal-Mart, not sure where in the UK may stock them.
