Rohan Online

Its a free to play MMORPG all you have to do is sign up for it and verify account with an e-mail, my problem is this...

I will be playing and Randomly i get a total black screen, and computer lockup, CNTRL+ALT+DLT dont do anything ALT+F4 dont do anything, i have to cold boot it and go back in, i have tried updating all my drivers, doing a defrag, Short of Formatting my system i have tried just about everything...

I wanna say it seems as soon as my wife starts surfing the web i get the screen, but i have never heard of a lack of bandwidth causing a computer freeze in an MMO, usualy just a drop in server connection...

Any hints, Clues Ideas will be greatly appreciated.
