   i was able to get combofix superantispyware malwarebytes logs as instructed in the guideline.but when i run rootrepeal it freezes.at the bottom it says "scanning hidden/locked files".i waited for half an hour nothing happened.i especially need to clean rootkits if there is any since i will format both c and d and as far as i know rootkits persist after format.thanks
