   At the end of the configuration process for a D-Link DI-514 router a screen dsplays that reads "device is restarting." According to the manual the router is suppose to restart. However it never does and the wireless connection is never made. Any ideas guys?

   Try resetting the router to factory defaults and setting up connection again.
