Router headache

I just got wireless internet and it works properly when I run it directly through the modem.I made a gateway this way without any problems but I bought a broadband router(D-LINK) and now a lot of pages come up "Page cannot be displayed" . This is driving me crazy.Thanks in advance

Sounds like it could be a DNS problem. Is your Dlink running DHCP? Make sure that your DNS on the computer is pointing to the router and the router is set up to pass the DNS requests on.

go here and see if this helps... it might and might not...your router may be blocking you off .... go and open up port 80 and see if it works http://www.portforward.com/routers.htm
