Router help

I have a Belken Wireless Router and a Laptop and they were working.
Now my Laptop tells me You Do Not Have A Vatlit iP Connection
or something like this.

I use iE that came with my win 7. on my Laptop.
And when I go online the iE tells me this.

I know it is me because I don't know how to setup my Router right.

There is so many settings and Belken is now help to me.

Is there anything or any help you can give?

 

First, run the Windows Network Troubleshooter by right-clicking on the WiFi icon at the bottom right of the screen (next to the date and time).

If this doesn't work, unplug the router for about a minute, plug it in again, wait 2-3 minutes and try again to connect.

If you have the original setup instructions and CD that came with the router, you can reset it (usually a paper clip-end size hole on the back of the unit) and reinstall it. If you don't have the CD and setup instructions and are not familiar with manually setting up a router using the "192-168.x.1" method, get help from an experienced friend who does. When resetting the router, you also have to re-set up your security code).

I know I can unplug the Router but am I not right that when I setup my Router the first time with a Password.

That it will be Deleted when I plug it in again?

And one more thing I just installed win 7. on my Desktop pc and this is also were my Router is.

The Desktop is pluged right into the Router and this is how I setup the Password the first time.

I think there is a string of numbers I used as the Routers iP?
