Router Problems

Every now and then my router fails to recognize the security password from my laptop and my 360 fails to connect too which requires a reset of the router. Any reasons why this might be happening?

We need some more info from you: what's the make and model # of your laptop and router, and the operating system and Service Pack #?

Hi, This type of issue is usually resolved by a firmware update to the router.
