Router with built in login/charging software?

I have a client that would like to charge hotel guests for internet access, does anyone know of any router that has built in software capable of doing so? I am aware of the software out there that does this, I've looked into antamedia's hotspot software but don't want to dedicate a computer to running this. Someone suggested I look into a router or AP that would do this without bogging down a system for it but I haven't had any luck finding anything. Any help on this would be appreciated!

 

Im going to be deploying some software after i do some ttesting with it that limits printing and/or internet access for my domain. you might look in to PaperCut.
i dont know of a router that will do that.
